Being on the right side simple means being on the side that God is. All this is possible through faith.

Hebrew 11:1 – Now faith is the confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.

v6 – And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he REWARDS those who earnestly seek him.

v29 By faith people passed through the red sea as on DRY GROUND; but when the Egyptians tried to do so, they were drowned.

v30 By faith the walls of Jericho fell, after the army had marched around them for seven days.

v31 By faith the prostitute Rahab, because she welcomed the spies, was not killed with those who were disobedient.

Key Text: Joshua 5:13-15

God told Joshua to march towards Jericho and completely destroy it.  Jericho stood like a massive barrier between the nation of Israel and their entry into the promised land.

Jericho represents the flesh or natural man.

Joshua saw a man (Angel of the Lord), standing ahead of him with a drawn sword, and asked him if he was for them or against them. The Angel of the Lord answered he was for NEITHER, but as commander of the Lord’s Army he had come to take CHARGE.

If you want to live a victories life, stop trying to get God on your side; RATHER get on God’s side. God doesn’t take sides, BUT rather He comes to TAKE OVER.

Your Jericho will never fall, until you get on God’s side.

–After Joshua realized that he was talking to God, he humbled himself. v14 “He fell on his face to the earth and worshipped and said to Him, “What  does the Lord say to his servant?” v15 He was told to remove his sandals for the place where he was standing was a holy ground.

Are you willing to be on the Lord’s side, he be Lord?
