Proverbs 3:24 – Above all, guard your heart – against sin, **emotional hurts**
Song of Songs 8:6 – Love is as strong as death! Take care
Reflection 3:
Whoever loves pleasure will become poor; whoever loves wine and olive oil will never be rich. Proverbs 21:17
Whoever pursues righteousness and love finds life, prosperity and honor. Proverbs 21:21
The horse is made ready for the day of battle, but victory rests with the Lord. Proverbs 21:31
There is a way that appears to be right, but in the end it leads to death. Proverbs 14:12
All hard work brings a profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty. Proverbs 14:23
A wise son brings joy to his father, but a foolish man despises his mother. Proverbs 15:20
Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans. Proverbs 16:3
In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps. Proverbs 16:9
There is a way that appears to be right, but in the end it leads to death. Proverbs 16:25
Better a patient person than a warrior, one with self-control than one who takes a city. Proverbs 16:32

Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life. Proverbs 13:12
Jesus called the disciples when they were mending nets to prepare for 🐠 fishing. Matthew 4:21 – (complete, restore, make ready). We can learn the importance of taking time to prepare for a firm foundation in service, career & marriage.
Do not be like the horse or the mule, which have no understanding but must be controlled by bit and bridle or they will not come to you. Psalms 32:9. Peter repeats a similar statement in 2 Peter 2:12 comparing false teachers to unreasoning animals which are creatures of instinct.
Reflection 4:
Plain water💦 versus sugared and coloured water. Which one can quench thirst? Live on?
Like a bird that flees its nest is anyone who flees from home. Proverbs 27:8
A discerning son heeds instruction, but a companion of gluttons disgraces his father. Proverbs 28:7
Those who work their land will have abundant food, but those who chase fantasies will have their fill of poverty. Proverbs 28:19
A faithful person will be richly blessed, but one eager to get rich will not go unpunished. Proverbs 28:20
Whoever robs their father or mother and says, “It’s not wrong,” is partner to one who destroys. Proverbs 28:24
A man who loves wisdom brings joy to his father, but a companion of prostitutes squanders his wealth. Proverbs 29:3
“The eye that mocks a father, that scorns an aged mother, will be pecked out by the ravens of the valley, will be eaten by the vultures. Proverbs 30:17
Proverbs 3:24 (Take care of your heart) **Too much heartbreaks not good for your spiritual, emotional, social and physical health**
Reflection 5:
How can a young person stay on the path of purity?
By living according to your word.
v11 – I have hidden your word in my heart
that I might not sin against you. Psalms 119:9
Reflection 6:
*Write Down Your Dream*
In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon, Daniel had a dream, and visions passed through his mind as he was lying in bed. He wrote down the substance of his dream.
*Daniel 7:1 NIV*
Reflection: The dream in Daniel chapter 7 took place between chapter 4 and 5. This is the first of the four main dreams captured between chapter seven to twelve. Of importance is that Daniel wrote down his dream.
***When you transfer your dream into writing, the Holy Spirit reveals more in the small details and you are able to be more focused on what God wants to achieve through your life.
Part 2
–Vanity of Egypt (Heb 11:24)
— Samson’s downfall: Nazarite who touched a dead body, drunk wine & his hair was shaved
–Amnon and the sister: He hated her with a passion after raping her.
–Samson broke 3 Nazirite vows
Proverbs 1:10 NIV – [10] My son, if sinful men entice you, do not give in to them.
✓✓Proverbs 4:18, 25-27 The path of the righteous is like the morning sun, shining ever brighter till the full light of day. [25] Let your eyes look straight ahead; fix your gaze directly before you. [26] Give careful thought to the paths for your feet and be steadfast in all your ways. [27] Do not turn to the right or the left; keep your foot from evil.
1 Samuel 2:18 NLT But Samuel, though he was only a boy, served the Lord. He wore a linen garment like that of a priest.

Jeremiah 6:16
*Thus says the Lord: Stand by the roads and look; and ask for the eternal paths, where the good, old way is; then walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk in it!*
Beloved you were on the right way, but the straight road has now split into two or more.
Now you have arrived at the crossroads, a place of decision, a transit point.
You must make a choice on which way to follow.
Choose a path that will affect your life and your destiny in profound ways.
Beloved, *there is a way which seems right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death* (Pro 14:12)
Are you at a crossroads of your life?
You really need Divine guidance.
God promises to guide, instructs and direct us when we are at the crossroads of life.
Hearken to the voice of God. *and your ears will hear a word behind you, saying, THIS IS THE WAY; WALK IN IT, when you turn to the right hand and when you turn to the left..* “(Isa 30:21)
God makes known to us the paths that will bring life.
He made known his ways unto Moses.
God has a path for us.
The eternal path
Walk in His ways and you’ll find rest in your soul.
Ask and trust God to show you which way to go.
He knows the end from the beginning.
God will lead us in the right way.
O Lord *you make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.”*( Ps16:11
God will always give you direction.
But you need to sharpen your hearing ability.
Hear the voice of God who is your Shepherd.
Divine guidance is God having the final say in running the affairs of your life.
When He’s leading, you are never alone.
God has a blue print for your life and a road map to get you there.
Be known by God.
Ask him to give you ears to hear and eyes to see the ways He is speaking to you.
He says, *”My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me* .”(Jn10:27).
Beloved, let your heart be still.Wait upon the Lord.
Block out the distraction. Tune in to heaven’s frequency.Seek wise counsel.
Let your mind be at rest.
There is comfort in knowing that God is guiding, leading and instructing us, especially when we are standing on crossroads.
Ask for direction from God.
Jesus saith unto him, *I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me*(Jn 14:6)
Jesus loves you.
