Taking God at His word, for only Him is Ex-Nihilo – The cause without a cause.

Only God could provide a dry highway in the Red Sea, and make the claim, “The Egyptians you see today, you shall see them no more, just be still”

Exodus 15:1,4,21 – Moses and Miriam sand a song: “The horse and the rider has been hurled down.”

The Egyptians forgot that a horse is prepared for battle, but victory comes from God – Psalms 20:7-9, Proverbs 21:31.

Only God who is the commander of the Heavenly Armies could bring Jericho down.

Psalms 29 shows that God voice can bread everything down.

Only God could change Rahab’s story and destiny (Joshua 2)

Joshua 2:21 – Rahab’s scarlet cord portrays salvation through the blood and death of Christ (Hebrews 9:19-22). This Gentile prostitute heard about the mighty works of God, believed, his the spies and was spared when Jericho was destroyed and is now found in Christ’s genealogy (Matthew 1:5).

Joshua 6:1-2 – It was completely shut inside and outside. God said to Joshua, v2″See I have given Jericho into your hand, wit its king and mighty men of valor”

Reflection: What is your Jericho? That stands between you and your promise? If the Host of the Armies of Heaven goes with you, you shall prevail, and but if not, Jericho will be TOO STRONG for you.

Joshua 2:8-11 – All in Jericho were melting in hearts because they knew how powerful God of Israel is.

James 4:7 – “Submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.”
